Technical Lead – MuleSoft CloudHub Migration

Job summary

Ridik is seeking a MuleSoft Migration Lead in Singapore to drive CloudHub 1.0 to 2.0 migrations end-to-end. You will assess readiness, plan cutovers, and coordinate across platform, network, security, and application teams.

You will own remediation, runbooks, status reporting, and risk management while delivering successful production migrations. Hands-on MuleSoft 4.x and Anypoint Platform expertise required.

Qualifications

• Experience in MuleSoft integrations and CloudHub migrations.
• Hands-on MuleSoft 4.x with Anypoint Platform.
• Experience delivering CloudHub 1.0 to 2.0 migrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CloudHub 1.0 to CloudHub 2.0 migration activities.
• Assess application readiness and migration complexity.
• Execute migrations using MuleSoft CloudHub 2.0 Migration Tool.
• Perform remediation for unsupported configurations and migration issues.
• Develop migration, cutover, rollback, and hypercare plans.
• Coordinate with platform, network, security, and application teams.
• Troubleshoot deployment, connectivity, runtime, and operational issues.
• Support SIT, UAT, Production migration and validation activities.
• Produce migration documentation, runbooks, and status reporting.
• Drive issue resolution and technical risk management throughout the project.
• Must have MuleSoft integration experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Mule 4 and Anypoint Platform.
• Proven experience delivering CloudHub 1.0 to CloudHub 2.0 migration projects.
• Experience using CloudHub 2.0 Migration Tool.
• Strong knowledge of Runtime Manager, API Manager, Exchange, Anypoint Monitoring, CloudHub Deployments.
• Experience planning and executing production cutovers and rollback activities.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to lead migration delivery independently.
• Experience in the hospitality domain or familiarity with HTNG message formats will be an added advantage
• MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect.
• MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect.
• MuleSoft Certified Developer.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale integration platforms.
• Experience supporting production hypercare activities.
• Hospitality, travel, loyalty, or customer-facing digital platform experience.
