Job summary

RIDIK Technology Services PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a seasoned MuleSoft Architect to lead CloudHub migrations, assess readiness, implement cutovers, and manage hypercare for critical enterprise integrations.

You will bring hands-on MuleSoft v4 expertise, deep Anypoint Platform knowledge, and proven delivery of large-scale integration programs, including production migration and risk management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• MuleSoft integration experience required.
• Strong hands-on experience with Mule 4 and Anypoint Platform.
• Experience delivering CloudHub 1.0 to CloudHub 2.0 migrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CloudHub 1.0 to CloudHub 2.0 migration activities.
• Assess application readiness and migration complexity.
• Execute migrations using MuleSoft CloudHub 2.0 Migration Tool.
• Develop migration, cutover, rollback, and hypercare plans.
• Coordinate with platform, network, security, and application teams.
• Troubleshoot deployment, connectivity, runtime, and operational issues.
• Support SIT, UAT, Production migration and validation activities.
• Produce migration documentation, runbooks, and status reporting.
• Drive issue resolution and technical risk management throughout the project.

Job description

• Lead end-to-end CloudHub 1.0 to CloudHub 2.0 migration activities.
• Assess application readiness and migration complexity.
• Execute migrations using MuleSoft CloudHub 2.0 Migration Tool.
• Perform remediation for unsupported configurations and migration issues.
• Develop migration, cutover, rollback, and hypercare plans.
• Coordinate with platform, network, security, and application teams.
• Troubleshoot deployment, connectivity, runtime, and operational issues.
• Support SIT, UAT, Production migration and validation activities.
• Produce migration documentation, runbooks, and status reporting.
• Drive issue resolution and technical risk management throughout the project.
• Must have MuleSoft integration experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Mule 4 and Anypoint Platform.
• Proven experience delivering CloudHub 1.0 to CloudHub 2.0 migration projects.
• Experience using CloudHub 2.0 Migration Tool.
• Strong knowledge of Runtime Manager, API Manager, Exchange, Anypoint Monitoring, CloudHub Deployments.
• Experience planning and executing production cutovers and rollback activities.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to lead migration delivery independently.
• Experience in the hospitality domain or familiarity with HTNG message formats will be an added advantage
• MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect.
• MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect.
• MuleSoft Certified Developer.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale integration platforms.
• Experience supporting production hypercare activities.
• Hospitality, travel, loyalty, or customer-facing digital platform experience.
