Technical Lead & Logistics Support

The company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Technical Lead & Logistics Support. This dual-role position is critical to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our product distribution, encompassing both the technical understanding of our medical aesthetic products and the logistical coordination required for their timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical aptitude, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise on our product portfolio, managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:

Technical Lead:

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for internal teams and external partners regarding our medical aesthetic devices portfolio.
• Develop a deep understanding of the technical specifications, applications, and maintenance requirements of all distributed products.
• Provide technical training and support to sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
• Assist in the evaluation of new products and technologies, providing technical feedback and recommendations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to product functionality and application.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including product manuals, specifications, and FAQs.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to resolve technical inquiries and address product-related concerns.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in medical aesthetictechnologies.

Logistics Support:

• Manage and oversee the inventory of medical aesthetic devices, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing shortages or overstock.
• Coordinate and prepare necessary documentation, arranging transportation, and tracking deliveries.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other logistics providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective shipping.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant import/export regulations, storage requirements, and handling procedures for medical devices and aesthetic products.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and related logistics activities.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Handle any issues related to damaged goods, returns, or discrepancies in shipments.
• Assist in the development and implementation of efficient logistics processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with the sales team to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in a technical support or product specialist role, preferably within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
• Demonstrated understanding of medical aesthetic devices and their applications is highly desirable.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or inventory control.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with inventory management software and CRM systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements for medical devices and aesthetic products in Singapore (e.g., HSA guidelines) is a plus.
