Technical Lead - Java & Spring Boot

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience in Spring Boot, Microservices, Spring Core, REST Web Services, Core Java, and PL/SQL. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model and will not require travel. The role involves leading technical projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex applications using Spring Boot and Microservices.
• Oversee the integration of REST Web Services to ensure seamless communication between systems.
• Provide technical expertise in Core Java and PL/SQL to optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Implement best practices for coding standards, testing, and deployment to maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to architectural standards and code quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
• Participate in agile ceremonies contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing development and maintenance efforts.
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards in all technical solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience with Spring Boot and Microservices.
• Should possess strong expertise in REST Web Services and Core Java.
• Must have hands-on experience with PL/SQL for database management.
• Should have a proven track record of leading technical projects and teams.
• Nice to have experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Must possess strong communication and collaboration abilities.
