Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Full Stack Engineer / Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of a secure, scalable cloud-based web platform from our Paya Lebar office. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on development, and architectural guidance.

You will mentor developers, perform code reviews, ensure production readiness, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on RESTful APIs, AWS deployments, and secure coding practices.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of software engineering experience, including experience leading or mentoring development teams.
• Strong proficiency in Java, React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating backend services.
• Familiar with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS), containerisation, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of application security, secure coding practices, authentication, and access control.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of a secure, scalable cloud-based web platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and technical requirements into high-quality software solutions.
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Design and implement secure RESTful APIs and optimise database performance.
• Guide developers through code reviews, technical best practices, and engineering standards.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, application deployment, and cloud-based environments.
• Drive secure software development practices, resolve security findings, and ensure production readiness.
