Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect, test, and grade ICT devices for resale
• Perform repairs such as screen, battery, and hard drive replacements
• Securely erase data according to ISO 27001 standards
• Manage inventory records and device statuses using internal systems
• Provide post-sales technical support and warranty services
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations and compliance
• Maintain an organised and safe working environment

Job Requirements:

• ITE Certificate or Diploma in IT, Electronics, or Computer Engineering
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in device repair or technical support
• Familiar with data security and ISO 27001 practices (preferred)
• Proficient in using basic tools such as Excel
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and a team player
• Passionate about sustainability and e-waste reduction
