    As an Executive Assistant in our organization, you will be responsible for managing the CEO's calendar effectively. This includes scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements to ensure smooth operations. You will act as a key liaison between the CEO and various departments, vendors, and clients to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.Your role will involve preparing reports, presentations, and technical documents related to furniture production. It is essential to have a clear understanding of the production process for recliners, motion furniture, mattresses, and customized beds. Additionally, you will be required to travel to ports and manufacturing units to gain insights into the production process and address any arising issues proactively. Conducting research on industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities in furniture production will also be part of your responsibilities.You will assist in planning and executing furniture production projects, along with monitoring and managing the CEO's emails and correspondence related to furniture production. Providing technical support to the CEO and other team members, creating organizational systems, and ensuring efficient office functioning are crucial aspects of your role.To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field. Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role is necessary. Strong technical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
