• The candidate must be able to travel on short notice for training, troubleshooting, and installation, for periods of 2 weeks or more. Continuous travel may be required from time to time.
• The candidate should have a pleasant personality and be comfortable meeting and interacting with new people.
• Good analytical skills, patience, and the ability to handle stress are essential.
• Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage.
• Only Singaporeans or Permanent Residents should apply, as there is no quota for foreigners.

MUST Be Willing to Travel

Job description:

• The primary responsibility is to provide technical support for Pavco metal finishing products.
• Stay current with the technical aspects of all Pavco products, including functional and decorative plating, as well as other coatings, as required.
• Provide technical support to all Pavco customers in Asia.
• Provide routine activity reports to the immediate supervisor as required.
• Conduct training for distributors and customers.
• Perform laboratory testing, work on parameters, and reformulate products to suit the Asian market as needed.
• Conduct online testing in the Singapore lab, overseas customers' labs, and pilot lines.
• Collaborate with the USA team on bringing new products from laboratory development to on-site testing.
• Perform lab analysis for customer baths sent in from distributors.
• Perform any other jobs assigned by superiors from time to time.
• This position reports to the Asia Technical Manager located in Singapore.
