Technical Engineer, 1 year, Mon - Fri Office Hours, Up to $3000, Central/West

Job Details:
Duration: Immediate – 1 Year (renewable)
Salary: Up to $3000 (incl. mobile/transport allowance) + 1 month contract completion bonus*
Working Hours: Monday to Fridays, Office Hours (Standby required when needed)
Location: Depot Road/Cashew Road

Job Scope:

1. Responsible for the construction, testing, installation, operations & facility management of client platforms to meet agreed business needs & service levels.
2. Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems.
3. Respond promptly to incidents, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated.
4. Get involved, manage client platform implementation/upgrade projects.
5. Provide systems related technical advice to customers or project team.
6. Manage client platform management systems/systems changes through change request process & provide status reports to the relevant parties.
7. Gather business &/or application requirements on the infrastructure to perform the infrastructure requirement analysis & design.
8. Other duties required as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Skilled in troubleshooting Windows 11 & Windows 10.
2. Immediate starter or less than 1 month notice.
3. OK to work at either location (Cashew/Depot Road).
4. Min. Diploma.
5. Singaporeans Only.
