Job summary

SilverLink Technologies Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced Full Stack Engineer to lead architecture, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build scalable, secure enterprise systems.

You will own technical direction and deliver reliable, high-performance software solutions. The role requires strong experience across frontend and backend, microservices, REST/GraphQL, and cloud services, with a focus on clean code, monitoring, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in full stack development including front-end, back-end system architecture, database design, and service integration.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as ReactJS or React Native.
• Proficiency in programming languages including PHP, Hack lang, JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#.
• Minimum 3 years of experience building microservices, REST APIs, and GraphQL.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with SQL, MySQL, or NoSQL databases and ORM.
• Minimum 6 years of experience with HTML and CSS.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Own product architecture and collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to set technical direction that optimizes business metrics.
• Communicate technology and product strategy clearly to internal and external stakeholders and leadership.
• Build highly available, intuitive, scalable, and secure enterprise systems.
• Produce reliable, performant code with effective monitoring and alerting mechanisms.
• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices.
• Analyze and improve system efficiency, scalability, and stability.
• Manage stakeholder requirements to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Debug and monitor logs to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Utilize logging tools and techniques to troubleshoot complex problems.
• Participate in project planning and estimation to deliver realistic timelines and milestones.
• Break down large projects into manageable tasks and milestones.
• Provide L3 support for existing products, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
• Refactor code to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Implement new features and functionalities according to project requirements.
• Create and maintain accurate, up-to-date, and accessible technical documentation.
• Conduct context studies on products and tools to deepen understanding of functionality and requirements.
• Demonstrate proactive learning of new technologies and maintain professional communication with all stakeholders.
