Job Description:

  • Oversee the entire service and project workflow.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client representatives on all service and maintenance-related issues.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure resource delivery and work scope align with customer requirements.
  • Prepare service scopes, develop service plans, define resource loading and skill requirements, and track milestones and metrics.
  • Manage day-to-day client interactions and set expectations for optimal results.
  • Continuously seek and leverage opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of each client’s business, organization, and objectives.
  • Manage multiple operational aspects of the team effectively.
  • Ensure smooth progress and timely delivery and completion of project and maintenance commitments to clients.
  • Perform a wide range of technical and non-technical tasks.
  • Design competitive product solutions and ensure their feasibility.
  • Provide technical support, including a full range of enterprise products, network technical solutions, and proposal highlights.
  • Handle client inquiries and technical issues.
  • Collaborate with the team and other departments to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems.
  • Conduct new product testing.
  • Promote solutions and deliver formal technical proposals and presentations to clients.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by leaders and management.

Job Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with security systems, such as Integrated Security Management System and CCTV systems, is essential.
  • Experience in security system configuration, application programming, and integration with third-party systems is advantageous.
  • Technologically savvy with both hardware and software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer service and business-oriented with good initiative and adaptability.
  • Good knowledge of business network systems, including gateways, switches, routers, IP CCTV, and other networking-related products.
  • Experience in handling and troubleshooting technical issues.
