Job summary

A prominent Maritime Company in Singapore is seeking a Telecom System Designer with over 5 years of experience utilizing AutoCAD. The role involves designing, documenting, and collaborating with engineers. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and can only include those not requiring work visa sponsorship. A proficiency in MS Office is also requested.

Job description

Requirements:

The function is responsible for constructing designs based on received data within the given timeframe, and with quality.

• Overall responsible for each design drawing and preparation

• Responsible for design, calculation, documentation, and providing assistance to the Telecom System Engineers when required

• Responsible for revision of drawings, calculations and documentation when required

• Ability to work as part of a team while also having plenty of your own initiative

• Accuracy and attention to detail

• Assist in preparation of documentation submission to customer

Qualification:

• 5 years of experience in designing Telecom systems using AutoCAD.
• AutoCAD Certificate plus
• Proficient in AutoCAD is a must!
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong knowledge and fundamental understanding of communications cable infrastructure (e.g., voice, data, security, audio/visual), equipment and applications.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong sense of urgency; we are a fast-paced environment
