Technical Delivery Manager
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Partner with solution and enterprise architects to deliver technical innovations in support of emerging business needs and to progress these ideas from concepts to working solutions.
- Plan project efforts to upgrade, enhance and maintain systems at supported release levels.
- Identify and raise risks and issues affecting the project, including financial or operation and proactively managing them, with timely escalation to relevant parties where necessary.
- Drive the testing strategy and manage the testing cycles, ensuring all critical and high defects are resolved within the testing cycle.
- Manage relationships across all business lines and with external parties, ensuring timely delivery of assigned activities. Organise and chair governance meetings, including preparation of meeting materials and minutes.
- Ensure work deliverables are following bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Directs the offshore squad in making day-today decisions and conflict resolution.
- Comply with SDM artefacts required for project in time and pass audit standard required including signed off and mandatory documents indicated in SDM guide.
- Arrange stakeholder meeting and Report status of project independently via Weekly/bi-weekly/, monthly report status to Jira/Confluence/PPT to PWG, L3/L2/ Project governance on time.
- Manage Finance tracking for the projects, manage administrative tasks associated with the project including ensure all cost within budget approved and aligned with internal guide provided by Group Finance.
- Mange project delivery with each work stream lead in a multi stakeholder environment that includes multiple technical teams, multiple business unit, and local participants.
- Provide full cover to program /project lead to support additional task required as part of portfolio governance required.
- Maintain risk/dependency/issues and escalation to governance to ensure timeline resolve.
- Perform other admin required as part of budget Manager, program management office to support project activities in phases (e.g. ITC deck /notation/ forms/PPM resource tracking/etal)
