Checks quality of materials such as Cement, Sand, Steel bar and other construction materials.
Checking and inspecting the quality of works during construction.
Checking actual construction according to drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with the clients for revisions on drawings and in actual construction and submit weekly site works progress report to the client.
Project planning.
Materials and resources forecasting and procurement process.
Get prepared drawings.
Preparing bar bending schedule and quantity take-off records.
Layout and marking the foundations.
Execution of the entire buildings structures.
