Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage deep domain expertise in core banking processes including accounts, payments, loans, deposits, and interest calculations.
• Lead or support the implementation of Temenos Transact (T24) modules, including Payments, Credit, and Wealth.
• Conduct system analysis, gap assessments, and impact analysis to design holistic and scalable solutions.
• Prepare high-quality documentation such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) in line with Temenos standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver core banking transformation, upgrade, and migration projects.
• Facilitate requirements gathering through workshops, stakeholder interviews, and legacy system analysis.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks including Basel III, MiFID II, PSD2, AML/KYC, and FATCA.
• Support testing activities including test case creation, coordination, and defect management.
• Participate in cutover planning, data migration, and post-go-live support.
• Engage with stakeholders to bridge business needs and technical implementation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with core banking platforms, especially Temenos Transact (T24).
• Solid understanding of Temenos Implementation Methodology (TIM) and project lifecycle stages.
• Proficiency in documenting functional and technical requirements.
• Good to have certification in Temenos.
• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Exposure to BJB systems such as OTMS, DATAPLATFORM, and Integration Layer is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
