Job Description

1. Deploy and configure solutions in the cloud;
2. Automate cloud operations, develop infrastructure automation scripts and participates in the continuous improvement of cloud solutions;
3. Participate in the specification, setup and run Proof of Concepts and demonstrations of cloud solutions;
4. Administer and maintain servers across virtual platforms;
5. Provide pre-sales for IT system/security solution;
6. Solution write up;
7. Presentation/Demo/Training to partners/end users;
8. Assist Product Manager in selling solutions;
9. Assist in POC on solutions;
10. Achieve certifications;
11. Weekly report.

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Computer Studies or equivalent
• At least 1 year of work experience in IT related field – network, system
• Experience in Network and Security product (Eg. Firewall, Router and Switch)
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Able to adapt in customer work environment
• Able to work as a team
• Dynamic, systematic and self-motivated person
• Good communication and presentation skill
• Willing to work extended office hours and after office hours when needed
