Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with strong experience in banking and microservices architecture to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a former developer with a solid understanding of API design, enterprise architecture, and business requirements gathering, particularly within the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and API design documents (BIAN, ISO-compliant).
• Facilitate discovery sessions and coordinate with cross-functional teams across regions (SG, TW, HK, CN).
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and compliance standards (e.g., BIAN v11).
• Support the rollout and enhancement of wealth management and banking platforms.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum activities including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT coordination.
• Collaborate with technical teams to reuse existing enterprise APIs or develop new ones.
• Assist in SIT/UAT test planning and issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role, with strong exposure to retail and corporate banking.
• Hands-on background in Java microservices, Spring Boot, and NoSQL databases.
• Strong knowledge of API design, UML, BIAN Framework, and relevant tools (e.g., PlantUML, Figma).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Red Hat OpenShift) and integration tools (Kafka, API Connect, Kong Gateway).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

• Certifications such as DASSM, JLPT N4, or Red Hat Delivery Specialist.
• Multilingual (English, Filipino, basic Japanese).
