Job summary

Xtremax Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Technical Business Analyst to bridge technology, business needs, and customer engagement.

You’ll work with engineers, architects, product teams, and customers to shape designs, define technical requirements, and support cloud-native application delivery. You’ll contribute to discovery workshops, workshops, and pre-sales activities, translating business needs into actionable stories while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive digital

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Approximately 4-7 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Business Analyst, Solution Consultant, or similar role.
• Good understanding of modern software development practices and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working closely with software engineering teams in delivering digital solutions.
• Strong experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable user stories.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integration, and cloud-based applications.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers and stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and user needs.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution discussions.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers, solution architects, and product managers throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for digital transformation using cloud technologies.
• Support solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical discussions during customer engagements and pre-sales activities.
• Work within Agile Scrum teams to prioritise product backlogs and support sprint planning.
• Coordinate testing activities, UAT, and production rollouts to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Build strong relationships with customers by providing trusted technical and business advisory throughout project delivery.

• Experience delivering digital transformation initiatives within enterprise or public sector environments.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and modern Agile delivery practices.
