Job description

Role: Technical Business Analyst

Contract: 1 year Renewable

Location: Central, Singapore

Responsibilities:

1. Analyse, develop, enhance, debug, support, maintain, test applications.
2. The primary work comprises requirement analysis, mapping design, technical specification, programming, code review, job scheduling, unit testing, SIT, supporting UAT, deployment to production, post-implementation support, and technical documentation.
3. Functional Specification:
   1. Analyze and define functional and non-functional requirements based on requirement documents.
   2. Collaborate with Functional Business Analyst to clarify requirements.
   3. Ensure end-to-end traceability from business requirements to business acceptance.
4. Technical Design:
   1. Create technical design documents based on functional specifications.
   2. Ensure vendor implementation adheres to technical design.
5. Vendor Implementation:
   1. Ensure vendors create technical design documents.
   2. Collaborate during build phase to clarify specifications.
   3. Work with Production Support to establish IT operations procedures.
6. Coordinate threat modeling with Security Architect to incorporate safeguards.
7. Testing & Scope Management:
   1. Clarify test findings and scope changes.
   2. Provide impact assessment and estimation for change requests.
   3. Review test plans and scripts with Test Manager.

Requirements:

1. Support specific projects and application delivery.
2. Manage technical/functional flows within projects.
3. Ensure documentation and transfer to production team post-cutover.

• Database analysis and investigation skills.
• Ability to analyze requirements and develop solutions.
