Role: Technical Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Analyse, develop, enhance, debug, support, maintain, test applications.
- The primary work comprises requirement analysis, mapping design, technical specification, programming, code review, job scheduling, unit testing, SIT, supporting UAT, deployment to production, post-implementation support, and technical documentation.
- Functional Specification:
- Analyze and define functional and non-functional requirements based on requirement documents.
- Collaborate with Functional Business Analyst to clarify requirements.
- Ensure end-to-end traceability from business requirements to business acceptance.
- Technical Design:
- Create technical design documents based on functional specifications.
- Ensure vendor implementation adheres to technical design.
- Vendor Implementation:
- Ensure vendors create technical design documents.
- Collaborate during build phase to clarify specifications.
- Work with Production Support to establish IT operations procedures.
- Coordinate threat modeling with Security Architect to incorporate safeguards.
- Testing & Scope Management:
- Clarify test findings and scope changes.
- Provide impact assessment and estimation for change requests.
- Review test plans and scripts with Test Manager.
Requirements:
- Support specific projects and application delivery.
- Manage technical/functional flows within projects.
- Ensure documentation and transfer to production team post-cutover.
Essential:
- Commitment.
- Minimum 3 years in application testing, development, and delivery.
- Minimum 6 years in AML transaction monitoring applications, especially Actimize.
- Good understanding of SDLC.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
- Strong communication skills and analytical mindset.
Good to have:
- Experience working in vendor environments.
- Experience in data mapping.
- Vendor background in Actimize (RCM/ActOne, UDM, SAM).
Must Have:
- Experience with Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle SQL.
- Good to have: Batch Scripting, Control M, DevOps.
- Database analysis and investigation skills.
- Ability to analyze requirements and develop solutions.
- Coordinate with external teams for E2E testing.
