Job description

At Aleph, we design human experiences by asking the right questions. Here, you’d find a curious breed of creative engineers spread across the globe, specializing in craft, strategy, and technology. With a

keen ear to the ground, we turn big dreams into user-first digital solutions by design. Through rigorous prototyping, close collaboration, and responsive engineering, we commit to creating a future that leaves

our craft, community, and clients better than before we began.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end analysis of a current System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing a new framework. This position requires strong expertise in business analysis, SDLC principles, and the practical application of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. You will work with technical and business stakeholders

to drive this high-impact project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Transformation: Spearhead the end-to-end redesign of our SDLC, from initial analysis and design through to implementation and adoption.
  • Dive Deep: Conduct rigorous, data-driven analysis of existing development workflows to identify systemic bottlenecks, waste, and opportunities for radical improvement.
  • Architect the Future: Design and document a new, streamlined SDLC framework, leveraging your deep expertise in both modern software development practices and formal process improvement methodologies.
  • Champion Change: Create compelling narratives, high-impact presentations, and clear documentation to communicate the vision and drive adoption across engineering, product, and leadership teams.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Apply your mastery of Lean and Six Sigma (6σ) principles to establish key performance indicators (KPIs), measure outcomes, and build a sustainable culture of process excellence.

Prerequisites

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, IT consulting, or a process improvement role within a technology organization.
  • Experience with modern development software frameworks (e.g., Agile, SaFe, Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD, DORA) and how they intersect with process improvement principles.
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with and analyzing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Proven hands-on experience applying Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies to drive measurable process improvements.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, with a talent for turning data into actionable insights.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to create and deliver high-quality presentations to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Experience managing large-scale organizational change initiatives.
  • Experience with Python (applied for data analysis) will be a plus.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary (compensation will be based on experience)
  • Medical insurance
  • Yearly reward based on performance
  • A solid team behind you: great people who love what they do
  • A fun and a fast paced culture which promotes learning and knowledge sharing
  • Opportunities for personal and professional growth offerings from our in-house Learning @ Aleph Academy, Flocket meetups, timely training for skills upgrade, workshops and conferences.
