You will drive solution design, provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and collaborate with business and engineering stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant payment systems in a large enterprise setting.

The team is looking for a technically strong individual who can drive solution design, provide technical leadership, and work closely with both business and engineering stakeholders.

Must‑Have Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Java 17, Spring Boot, and Angular
• Proven experience contributing to solution design, architecture discussions, and technical governance
• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, software design principles, and development best practices
• Experience reviewing technical designs, guiding development teams, and providing technical leadership
• Banking, financial services, or other highly regulated industry experience
• Exposure to Regulatory Reporting, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), Transaction Monitoring, Compliance, or Financial Crime technology initiatives
• Experience working on transaction processing, payments, cross-border payments, or SWIFT-related platforms
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical decisions and engage senior stakeholders
• Experience mentoring engineers, leading small technical teams, or driving technical workstreams
