Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of infrastructure environments across development, testing and production.
• Assist senior architects in translating solution requirements into infrastructure designs and deployment plans.
• Provision and manage compute, storage, networking, and platform resources with at least one cloud or infrastructure provider.
• Write and maintain automation, deployment, and configuration scripts.
• Support container and platform deployments, monitoring, logging and troubleshooting activities.
• Escalate and help resolve infrastructure, deployment and configuration issues.

Responsibilities

We are seeking two entry-level Technical Architects to support the design, setup, and delivery of infrastructure solutions. The successful candidates will work alongside senior architects, engineering, and operations teams to provision, configure, and maintain cloud/on-premise infrastructure, while building foundational skills in technical architecture. This is a hands‑on role suited to candidates with some practical infrastructure experience who are looking to grow into a full architecture capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of infrastructure environments across development, testing and production.


• Assist senior architects in translating solution requirements into infrastructure designs and deployment plans.


• Provision and manage compute, storage, networking, and platform resources with at least one cloud or infrastructure provider.


• Write and maintain automation, deployment, and configuration scripts.


• Support container and platform deployments, monitoring, logging and troubleshooting activities.


• Escalate and help resolve infrastructure, deployment and configuration issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.


• Some relevant hands‑on experience in infrastructure setup with at least one provider (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, or on-premises virtualised environments such as AHV, VMware, Hyper-V).


• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python or equivalent). Bash and PowerShell preferred.


• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java/C# preferred)

Preferred / Advantageous

• Prior experience with Red Hat OpenShift (container orchestration / Kubernetes-based platform) is strongly preferred.


• Prior experience with Nutanix virtualisation platform is preferred.


• Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).


• Experience in a government or regulated enterprise environment.
