Job description

What you will do:

  • Act as the Regional Technical Leader for Thermal solutions within assigned Accounts

How you will do it:

  • Own and achieve the quarterly sales targets covering orders and margin, across Thermal Portfolio (Not limited to Chillers, FWU, CRAH, CDU)
  • Develop a comprehensive account strategy for Data Center customer’s addressing key growth plan, key initiatives, and overall engagement plan to drive sustainable growth
  • Lead thermal solution discussions around Thermal selection, system configuration, energy efficiency, redundancy, and sustainability
  • Build and engage relationships with Senior Key stakeholders within customer’s organization to position Johnson Controls as their preferred partner
  • Establish Master Service Agreements to promote technical and commercial standardization, across businesses and regions. Own and develop customer roadmaps and quarterly business reviews
  • Collaborate with Global Engineering and Product Teams to develop or adapt solutions for the APAC Market
