What you will do:
- Act as the Regional Technical Leader for Thermal solutions within assigned Accounts
How you will do it:
- Own and achieve the quarterly sales targets covering orders and margin, across Thermal Portfolio (Not limited to Chillers, FWU, CRAH, CDU)
- Develop a comprehensive account strategy for Data Center customer’s addressing key growth plan, key initiatives, and overall engagement plan to drive sustainable growth
- Lead thermal solution discussions around Thermal selection, system configuration, energy efficiency, redundancy, and sustainability
- Build and engage relationships with Senior Key stakeholders within customer’s organization to position Johnson Controls as their preferred partner
- Establish Master Service Agreements to promote technical and commercial standardization, across businesses and regions. Own and develop customer roadmaps and quarterly business reviews
- Collaborate with Global Engineering and Product Teams to develop or adapt solutions for the APAC Market

- Strong understanding of the Thermal Value Proposition
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive Commercial Intensity and growth
