Job Description

Pre-requisite

1. Strong knowledge of NetReveal including product features and functionalities
2. Leadership experience, having led a team of BAs in client engagements
3. Direct hands-on experience in successful implementations
4. Able to articulate and demonstrate expertise as a Subject Matter Expert

Responsibilities

1. Lead, guide and coach a team of Functional Business Analysts in fronting client stakeholders and Business Users.
2. Drive functional requirements gathering with Business Users including workshops where required.
3. Develop and own Functional/Business Requirement Document and drive it to closure and acceptance.
4. Work closely with Business Users and project team members on solutioning during project initiation, implementation, and post-implementation support.
5. Collaborate with Technical Delivery Manager, System Analyst and/or Developer to suggest solutions to meet or improve the desired objectives based on best practices and industry solutions.
6. Conduct Quality Assurance/Pre-UAT tests to ensure solution meets functional requirements as a precursor to a successful UAT.
7. Develop UAT Test Plan and Test Cases.
