Job summary

Amazon Leo is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to underserved communities worldwide.

We are seeking a talented lawyer to join the Amazon Legal team supporting Amazon Leo, embedded with the commercial business development and sales team, to negotiate enterprise deals in APAC and structure agreements that balance risk with speed.

Qualifications

5+ years of legal experience
2+ years providing transactional legal support
Strong written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

Support Amazon Leo commercial teams on strategic partnerships and enterprise deals in APAC.
Structure, draft and negotiate a range of agreements.
Develop business-focused strategies to address legal issues.
Build processes that manage risk while enabling fast business decisions.
