About The Tech Support/Admin Role

We are looking for a Tech Support/Admin candidate to join our team. As a Project and Operations Administrative support, this role is crucial in supporting the Project Managers to maintain effective and efficient application system operations and monitoring across our organisation.

The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to provide support that significantly impacts our organisation’s technology projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaison for Project Manager for resource administration (requisition, timesheet tracking, reflection reports, leave applications, etc.)
  • Support Project Managers in hiring, onboarding/offboarding project team members, Security Clearance, and checklists.
  • Assist Project Managers with project administration activities such as financial tracking and resource renewal.
  • Support documentation and tracking for projects and operations, including audit preparations.
  • Track compliance status, incident reports, and prepare operational metrics for weekly meetings.
Requirements
  • A degree in business management, administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project administration or PMO roles, preferably in IT.
  • Meticulous with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and handle project deliverables.
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
