Job description

We are looking for engineers with cybersecurity knowledge and experience in pre-sales, support and/or post sales delivery roles.

As a Solutions Engineer, you will:

• Be responsible for all Engineering activities for Cyber Security products (e.g., SASE, WAF, endpoint security, DNS Security, DLP, NDR).
• Get involved in large-scale local & regional projects.
• Provide technical solution initiatives, PoC and implementation services including proposal, design, testing, deployment & documentation.
• Provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Analyse and clarify customer queries through troubleshooting and researching existing knowledgebase articles/known issues.
• Be on routine standby to support 24×7 maintenance support calls.
• Actively participate in team and departmental meetings by providing feedback on the current day to day activity and recommendations for improvement.

About You:

• >8 years of experience supporting cybersecurity or network security related solutions (i.e. Web Proxy, WAFS, or Next Generation Firewall)
• Can perform endpoint & network troubleshooting to identity and isolate the cause of the issue.
• Equipped with knowledge & experience of Cloud Based solutions.
