Solution Architect
We are seeking a technically proficient and business-savvy Solution Architect to support our Business Development team in delivering cybersecurity solutions to partners and end users. This role involves presales consultancy, proposal development, Proof-of-Concept (POC) execution, and deployment support across a diverse portfolio of cybersecurity technologies.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist Business Development Managers in partner and end-user engagements by providing technical consultancy and solution mapping.
· Design and architect cybersecurity solutions tailored to customer requirements and infrastructure.
· Conduct product presentations, technical workshops, and live demonstrations.
· Lead and execute Proof-of-Concepts (POCs), including setup, testing, and evaluation reporting.
· Prepare technical proposals, compliance matrices, and solution documentation.
· Provide end-to-end support for deployment planning and post-sales technical guidance.
· Collaborate with vendors and internal product teams to ensure solution alignment and readiness.
· Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity technologies and industry trends.
· Support Business Development Manager in deal closure
· Undertake any ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned to support business and operational needs.
About You
· Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
· 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity presales, solution architecture, or technical consultancy.
· Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains such as network security, endpoint protection, SIEM, identity management, and cloud security.
· Experience working with channel partners, resellers, and distributors.
· Familiarity with government and enterprise procurement processes.
· Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, vendor-specific credentials) are a plus.
· Experience with vendor technologies such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, Trend Micro, or equivalent.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Ability to manage multiple engagements and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
