Our vision is to help brands in Southeast Asia turn their physical stores into smart, self-service spaces, making shopping faster, more engaging, and easier to manage. From product interaction to full unmanned checkout, our hardware-enabled SaaS platform simplifies retail operations and enhances customer experiences, without relying on mobile apps or costly infrastructure.

The Role

We’re looking for someone who understands how retail works. Whether from the sales floor, store management, or operations and is ready to grow into a business development role in tech. As Tech Sales & Business Lead, you’ll play a key role in driving our next stage of growth. Your mission is to bring retail and lifestyle brands onto our platform and support their digital transformation journey from first contact to successful launch.

You’ll work directly with the founders and cross-functional teams to shape go-to-market efforts, and you’ll help define what best-in-class sales looks like.

What You’ll Do
  • Convert retail brands into merchants on our platform and ensure their successful onboarding.
  • Lead full-cycle B2B sales: from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies to target retailers and lifestyle brands across Southeast Asia.
  • Promote and position our full solution stack, including digital software and physical retail systems.
  • Build trusted relationships with decision-makers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across teams (product, operations, marketing) to support and coordinate multiple brand activations and go-lives.
What We’re Looking For

If you’ve worked in retail and are confident speaking with brand owners or store managers, we’ll provide the training you need to succeed in AI-powered retail tech sales.

Preferred Backgrounds:

  • Retail Sales, Store Managers or Supervisors.
  • Experiences with Merchandising or Retail Operations and dealing with retail workflows or customer service on the ground.

You should also:

  • Have strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Be confident managing multiple client accounts or retail activations.
  • Be comfortable drafting proposals, delivering pitches.
  • Be curious about retail tech and open to learning how digital tools work.

Bonus: Experience in coordinating store campaigns or retail brand activations.

Other Information:

  • Working Hours: Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm) *Open for Flexible Work Arrangement
  • Might require working on weekends if there are events. (off in lieu will be compensated)
  • Might require traveling overseas.
  • Singaporean or Permanent Residents only.
