Responsibilities

  • Develop job descriptions, identify qualifications, and devise recruitment strategies with hiring managers.
  • Utilize various methods to source and screen candidates, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Execute business development process, managing stakeholders and business proposals.
  • Devise strategic planning and manage projects deliverables.
  • Foster positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain HR databases, leave records and employee files.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing procedures.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to manage job offers and onboard new hires.
  • Keep hiring managers and HR informed of recruitment status.
