Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Tech Recruiter Lead to spearhead end-to-end recruitment efforts for our technology roles. This role will lead strategic hiring initiatives, collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders, and drive talent acquisition strategies to support the company’s growth in the tech domain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and support junior recruiters or coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Manage relationships with external recruiters and agencies to ensure quality delivery and alignment with internal expectations.
  • Perform full cycle recruitment function from job posting, review resumes of applicants, conduct interview, candidates assessment, offer negotiation to on-boarding of candidates.
  • Partner with the relevant business units to forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans, understand the recruitment needs and job requirements and determine the recruitment strategies for hiring plans.
  • Prepare the Job description, provide guidance and advise on recruitment best practice.
  • Pre-screen and conduct sourcing in cost-effective and timely manner.
  • Keep the hiring managers informed the progress of recruitment and follow up with the interview process status.
  • Stay up to date the with latest regulations, market rates and recruitment trends within the industry.
  • Generate and prepare recruitment activities reports and statistics and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and propose for improvement plan.
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisor/company representative from time to time.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or relevant experience).
  • Min 3years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and various sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
