Job summary

TALENTVIS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Mapping Operations Specialist to support mapping and location-based products in Singapore.

This role blends operations, project coordination, marketing execution and partner/event management. You will drive initiatives for mapping, IoT and consumer map products, coordinate field activities, and liaise with internal teams and external partners. The position offers a 1-year contract with a 1-month completion bonus; working hours Mon-Fri 10am-7pm;

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Communications, Technology or related disciplines.
• Experience in operations, project coordination, marketing operations, campaign execution, events or field operations.
• Interest in mapping, location-based products, IoT or technology-enabled customer experiences.
• Experience with Consumer Maps, GIS, POI data, navigation or geospatial products will be an advantage.
• Valid Class 3 driving license required

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of initiatives for mapping, IoT and consumer map products.
• Translate product and business objectives into campaign plans, timelines, deliverables and success metrics.
• Coordinate mapping operations including site access, field activities, data collection and quality tracking.
• Liaise with internal teams, external partners, vendors, agencies, property managers and site operators.
• Track project progress and prepare reports to support operational performance.
• Support projects from planning through execution and post-project reporting.
