1. Be responsible for the research and development work of the TikTok social private message business team, and be accountable for the quality and efficiency of the team's output. 2. Be responsible for the establishment of the technical team, business control, team management, and personnel training. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand the requirements, and develop solutions that meet the business needs.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 1. Have rich knowledge in related fields and strong capabilities in team establishment and management. 2. Possess a solid foundation of computer basic knowledge and strong software architecture design capabilities. 3. Have excellent communication and collaboration skills as well as strategic thinking abilities.
