Job summary

TECH AALTO PTE. LTD. is seeking a Tech Lead to drive the technology architecture and delivery of private banking solutions. The role requires coordinating with architects, developers and infra teams to ensure design adherence and seamless integration across the project lifecycle.

You will review designs, enforce security and standards, and guide the team through build, test and deployment phases while promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in Temenos Wealthsuite product and related GUI/API components.
• Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux shell scripting and database systems (Sybase/Oracle).
• Experience delivering Private Banking/Wealth Management solutions and leading end-to-end delivery.
• Proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams on enterprise projects.
• Excellent analysis, design, system integration and code review skills in banking domains.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate high-level solution design with architects for governance approvals.
• Ensure technical designs comply with enterprise principles, security and standards.
• Standardise and maintain application architecture across bank applications; advocate new technologies.
• Resolve technical issues across project phases and support testing to meet FSD.
• Propagate knowledge to project team to enable quality testing.

Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Support the project solution process, review and validate the initial high-level solution design together with the respective stakeholders (Enterprise Architect, Security Architect, Infra Architect, other Application Domain Architects) for Technology Architecture Governance reviews and approvals.
• Partner with System Analyst to ensure technical design complies with enterprise design principles, security and control standards
• Responsible for standardising and maintaining the application architecture across various bank applications within the domain as well as to recommend and facilitate the use of new technology for application improvement opportunities
• Address and resolve technical issues (eg, technical connectivity, Penetration Test, Performance Test, code scanning) or queries relating to the project activities arising from all phases of project delivery
• Support both functional and non-functional testing phase of delivery to ensure all aspects of the system requirement is delivered as per FSD
• Ensure proper knowledge is propagated to the project team to enable quality testing is conducted
• Engage with system vendors to ensure the technical requirements are clear for delivery of FSD throughout the end-to-end project implementation phases
• Collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams to clarify functional specification and technical design during build, test and deployment phase

Key Requirements

• Experience in Temenos Wealthsuite product such as EdgeConnect, TCIB, Triple A+ GUI,WUI, OData,WTX
• Experience in Unix/Linux shell scripting, Sybase or Oracle DB
• Experience in delivery of Private Banking solution and hands-on experience on at least 1 end-to-end application delivery
• Extensive and significant working experience as an technical leadin large cross-functional teams or enterprise projects
• Excellent application analysis, design, system integration and code review skills in the Private Banking/Wealth Management Space
• Able to work independently, good interpersonal, influencing and communications skills with a resilient mindset
• Strong technical background in integration with a good understanding of API Microservices concepts, software design patterns, event-based processing and OCP based application
• Experience in Java, OCP or Microservices based application development, knowledge, web-based/mobile development and Temenos Wealthsuite product such as EdgeConnect, TCIB, WUI, OData,TAPCore is a plus
• Experience in working with DevOps and Continuous integration with good understanding of n-Tier application architecture concept
• Experience with process methodology, frameworks, development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall SDLC) preferred.
