Job summary

TANGSPAC SEARCH PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a senior QA engineer in Singapore to drive automation and end-to-end testing of Temenos T24/TAP banking workflows. The role covers functional testing of securities, derivatives, and structured products, plus API and UI validations across web and mobile platforms.

You will build and maintain automation scripts using TOSCA, Selenium, Playwright, Appium, Postman and Rest Assured, and work with distributed onsite/offshore teams in a fast-paced, agile

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing, preferably 7+ years in banking apps.
• Bachelors degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in functional and end-to-end testing of banking modules.
• Experience with Temenos T24 Securities, Derivatives, and Structured Products testing.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans, test strategies, test scenarios, and test cases based on business, functional, and non functional requirements.
• Ensure complete end to end test coverage for T24 to TAP, including B2F flows across relevant banking and investment product modules.
• Identify testing gaps and prepare detailed test scenarios and test cases to address them.
• Conduct walkthroughs of test artefacts with onsite stakeholders and counterparts to obtain review and sign off.

• Perform hands on functional testing of Temenos T24 Securities, Derivatives, and Structured Products modules.
• Test T24 Securities, Derivatives, and Structured Products functionality, including end to end integration and downstream processing.
• Validate B2F flows from T24 to TAP across the relevant modules.
• Perform reconciliation and validation between T24 and TAP where required.
• Support testing of TAP business functions and related workflows
• Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web, mobile, API, and banking applications.
• Build and enhance automation frameworks to support regression and end to end testing.
• Use automation and testing tools such as TOSCA, Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Appium, Postman, and Rest Assured.
• Perform API validation, integration testing, regression testing, and automated functional testing.
• Identify opportunities to improve test coverage and increase automation efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing, preferably with 7 or more years of experience in banking applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or another relevant discipline.
• Strong hands on experience in Functional Testing and end to end testing.
• Hands on experience testing Temenos T24 Securities, Derivatives, and Structured Products modules.
• Strong experience testing B2F flows from T24 to TAP across these modules.
• Good understanding of TAP business functions and testing methodologies.
• Experience with T24 and TAP reconciliation will be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of investment and asset classes such as Equities, Bonds, Funds, Share Options, and OTC Options will be advantageous.
• Experience in preparing comprehensive test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements and identified gaps.
• Ability to ensure complete end to end test coverage across complex banking and integration workflows.
• Strong experience in automation testing using one or more of the following tools:

• Experience in Web, Mobile, API, and Banking Application Testing.
• Strong experience in API testing, validation, regression testing, and defect management.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes and work with development teams to resolve issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to conduct walkthroughs of test artefacts with onsite teams.
• Experience supporting Retail Banking, Wholesale Banking, Wealth Management, or Capital Markets applications.
• Experience with Securities, Derivatives, Structured Products, and investment banking workflows.
• Experience designing or enhancing test automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of T24 to TAP integration architecture and reconciliation processes.
• Experience working with distributed teams across onsite and offshore delivery models.
