Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead IT project deployment and implementation for IT infrastructure solutions.

• Lead project technical requirements gathering and discussions.

• Collaborate with project stakeholders and work closely with Project Manager to fulfil project deliverables.

• Tracking and reporting on installation progress, providing regular updates

• Develop test cases and conduct proof of concept tests on new software and hardware prior to upgrade/deployment.

• Establish TAC cases with principal vendor in complex problem till resolved.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper network planning and resource allocation.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Network Lead or Senior Network Engineer.

• Preferably with good knowledge and hands on experience in the following areas:

Design, planning, integration, implementation and validation.

System integration and implementation project lifecycle.

Troubleshooting and problem identification.

Support of applications and IT infrastructures.

LAN/WAN/WLAN: Cisco/Alcatel router, Enterprise/DC switches, WLC.

Network Security Solutions: Fortinet, Checkpoints, Cisco IPS/IDS, Cisco ASA, Cisco Firepower, Cisco ISE, Aruba Clearpass, Cisco ESA, Cisco WSA, Cisco SMA.

Network Monitoring: SolarWinds, Alcatel Omni-Vista.

Network Appliances based: Infoblox DNS/DHCP, F5 LTM/GTM, A10 LTM.

• Preferably with Cisco certification, Alcatel certification, F5 LTM & Network Security products.

• Experience with LAN, WAN, WLAN, Firewall, Data and Security networking in implementation.

• Fast-paced environment

• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.

• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

• Good communication and writing skills.

• Able to work flexible hours especially during after-office hour scheduled maintenance windows.
