Essential Experience & Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience with strong expertise in Java


• Deep proficiency in Spring Boot and the Spring Framework ecosystem


• Hands-on experience with build tools such as Maven


• Strong knowledge of JUnit/Mockito and test-driven development practices


• Solid understanding of SQL, RDBMS, and PostgreSQL database design and optimization


• Proficiency with Git/GitHub and collaborative development workflows


• Experience with Docker containerization and deployment


• Strong Linux administration skills and shell scripting capabilities


• Working knowledge of Python for scripting and automation


• Proven leadership experience, including mentoring developers and leading technical teams


• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills


• Ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders, building trusted relationships

• Knowledge of workflow orchestration using Apache Airflow


• Experience with AWS cloud services, including Aurora, EKS, andS3


• Exposure to AI Engineering and tools such as Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development platforms


• Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems


• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Cloud Formation


• Knowledge of secure coding practices and Dev SecOps principles


• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
