This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era. The position is available in Pune, Indore, and Hyderabad.

About the Job

We are looking for Tech Directors to join our .Net community in the Scalable Platform Studio. As a Tech Director, you will manage and scale a team of engineers, collaborate with clients, and guide the company's vision while maintaining quality standards. You will represent Globant to C-level executives and senior leaders of our enterprise clients, working with Delivery Directors, Client Partners, and VP Technology and VP Delivery on multiple projects (up to 150 employees).

You should have deep expertise in building secure, high-performing, and scalable systems, with excellent leadership qualities, recruiting and retaining top engineering talent, and a strong understanding of engineering metrics and processes.

• Extensive experience with modern cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Tech Stack and Microservices architecture.
• Proven ability to drive large projects with Agile SDLC.
• Experience with RFPs/RFIs and creating project roadmaps.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
