A dynamic company is seeking a motivated Customer Service Executive to enhance customer experience. This role involves responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and driving sales through effective communication. Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll provide exceptional service, resolve queries, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Handle minor administrative tasks and media-related work
- Contribute to sales growth through upselling and cross-selling
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email, and social media)
- Mild sales experience preferred (but not essential)
- Tech & Computer knowledge will be a bonus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
