A leading company in the drilling sector is seeking a professional with business acumen and cloud infrastructure knowledge. The role involves collaborating with the Service Delivery Manager to align business objectives and deliverables during the transition process. Candidates should possess strong skills in process mapping and have at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Works closely with the Service Delivery Manager to ensure that business objectives, requirements, and processes are clearly understood and integrated into the handover and transition plan. Capture and analyze business needs, ensuring all teams involved in the handover are aligned with the goals and deliverables, and supporting effective communication and documentation throughout the process.

Scope of Work:
1) Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
Collaborate with the SDM and key stakeholders (Ops Team, Cloud Engineer, DevOps, SREs) to gather and document business and operational requirements for the transition. Translate technical Requirements into business -friendly language to ensure stakeholders understand the impact of the migration and the handover process.
Conduct gap analysis to ensure the handover plan meets both technical and business needs.
2)Process Mapping & Documentation:
Map out current operational processes and workflows and assist in designing any necessary changes to harmonize the processes. Helps in creating or refining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by harmonizing with existing SLAs/KPIs for seamless reporting.Ensure all documentation related to business processes, use cases, and workflows is up to date and accessible for the Ops team and other stakeholders.
3) Change Management Support:
Assist the SDM in developing and executing a change management plan to ensure smooth adoption of the new infrastructure by the Ops team and other stakeholders.
Help communicate any necessary changes to business processes, tools, or workflows resulting from the migration. Support in managing resistance and ensuring all affected teams are prepared for the new ways of working with the cloud environment.
4) Post-Transition Monitoring & Feedback:
Work with the SDM to develop a post-handover to capture feedback from the Ops team and other business units.
