A leading payment solutions provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to join their payment product team. You will be responsible for developing business plans, managing partnerships, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in the payment or e-commerce industry and possesses strong communication and negotiation skills. This role may require travel within Singapore.

  • Willingness to travel within Singapore for client visits.

Job Responsibilities

  • Be part of a payment product team, support in developing business plans with internal and external partners to scope out the tech integration requirement, structuring partner incentives to roll out and ramp up merchant acquisition and TPV/GMV
  • Coordinate with cross-functional team to manage partnership relationships, execute projects, construct/improve our delivery platforms and ensure full risk & regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate efforts with cross-functional team to achieve high performances and innovation development of solutions/campaigns for our partners
  • Deep local market/industry/competitive landscape to formulate business strategies and execute in-country activities in line with partners’ needs and management directives
  • Keep up to date of the latest industry trends, technology developments, anticipate changes in consumer behaviors and conduct regular pulse checks with business partners on the latest market changes
  • Provide basic level technical support and work with technical team for escalation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years of related experience in payment or e-Commerce industry with a finance or technology background
  • Ability to work under constant changing environments
  • Excellent communication / coordination / business negotiations skills
  • Open to travel within Singapore for client visit
