Utilizing proper brewing techniques and equipment to ensure the quality and consistency of each beverage served
Providing friendly and attentive customer service, greeting customers warmly and assisting them in selecting their beverage based on their preferences and dietary restrictions
Preparing drinks by following the prescribed recipes and preparation techniques
Accurately processing customer orders, handling cash and electronic payments
Acting in compliance with operational policies and procedures
Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the tea barista area, including brewing equipment, serving utensils, and workstations to meet the requirements of Health & Safety and Hygiene Protocol
Ensuring sufficient stock at all times by monitoring tea inventory levels, reporting discrepancies, restocking supplies, handling stock delivery upon arrival as needed, and communicating inventory needs to management
