What you will be working on
Work planning and resourcing: Formulate well-resourced, annual and long-term plan, with clear key performance indicators, in service of corporate vision and whole-of-government outcomes
Management of corporate secretariat: Lead and manage the corporate secretariat to facilitate discussion and well-informed decision making by SportSG’s senior management
Business partnership and integration: Work with business units to align and enable activities and objectives of business units to support corporate strategy and vision
Corporate relationship management: Identify and engage key partners to amplify the impact of SportSG
General and finance administrative support which includes processing contracts, purchase orders, invoices and payments, managing physical and digital assets and coordinating group’s general administrative matters.

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active.
In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following:
Related Diploma or Degree with relevant work experience
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Resourceful and able to work independently as well as a team
Proficient computer skills (standard software applications such as MS Office, email communications and internet research)
Self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community

The level of offer will commensurate with applicants’ experience and track records. All successful candidates will be offered a standard 2/3- year contract with options for emplacement or renewal.
