Sport Singapore is seeking a strategic planner to enhance its corporate vision through strategic planning and business integration. The role requires leadership in corporate management and effective partnerships within the sports ecosystem in Singapore. Ideal candidates will possess extensive experience in business administration, strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for sports, all while promoting an active lifestyle within the community.

What you will be working on
Work planning and resourcing: Formulate well-resourced, annual and long-term plan, with clear key performance indicators, in service of corporate vision and whole-of-government outcomes
Management of corporate secretariat: Lead and manage the corporate secretariat to facilitate discussion and well-informed decision making by SportSG’s senior management
Business partnership and integration: Work with business units to align and enable activities and objectives of business units to support corporate strategy and vision
Corporate relationship management: Identify and engage key partners to amplify the impact of SportSG
What we are looking for
In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following:
Basic Degree/ Business Administration / Public Policy or related field
Track record in strategic planning, business planning or policy analysis
At least 6-8 years of relevant working experience
Good understanding of Singapore sport ecosystem
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical skills and good business acumen.
Excellent oral and written communication with good interpersonal skills.
Resourceful and able to work independently as well as a team
Proficient computer skills (standard software applications such as MS Office, email communications and internet research)
Self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community
A sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active
