Position: Lead & Mentor the Inside Sales Team for APAC
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the Inside Sales team for APAC, creating and maintaining a high-performance environment within WWT, Partners, OEMs, and Customers.
- Establish consistent measurements to assess progress on business and people development.
- Act as liaison between Global Sales Ops teams and APAC region, identifying opportunities for efficiencies.
- Communicate and lead discussions/trainings in company meetings.
- Understand and drive customer/partner priorities.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new and existing employees.
- Reinforce WWT Leadership Initiatives.
- Analyze and report activity to management.
- Manage Sales Operations costs to meet financial goals.
- Develop and implement new processes for team efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of sales/support/operations experience in IT industry.
- Minimum 3+ years in global business.
- Proven expertise in Inside Sales.
- Management and interpersonal skills.
- Vendor/customer relationship skills.
- Business analysis capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Subject matter expert in daily processes and procedures.
- Understanding of leadership initiatives and sales cycles.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
