We are seeking a Debt Collection Team Lead to join our vibrant team in Mumbai.

As a valuable member of our collections department, you will oversee a team of collectors, ensuring smooth operations and fostering effective communication. Your pivotal role will contribute significantly to reducing credit losses and upholding sound financial practices for our clientele.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Reaching out to bankers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to pursue outstanding cases.
2. Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of all collection activities within the system.
3. Identifying accounts that require escalated actions, such as legal interventions, for unresponsive cases.
4. Collaborating closely with legal, compliance, and client service departments for successful debt recovery.
5. Generating regular reports for internal and client evaluations.
6. Ensuring strict adherence to UAE laws and internal regulations to maintain ethical standards.

This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift.
