Role: Team Leader FI & P2P

The Team Leader - FICO/P2P will lead and manage the FICO/P2P team at IAC by setting clear goals, providing coaching, streamlining processes, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive product enhancements and align efforts with organizational strategy. This role includes technical leadership for procurement activities involving Ariba, S/4HANA, and VIM OpenText.

Responsibilities

1. Leadership: Lead, motivate, and inspire the team, conduct performance reviews, and collaborate with other leaders for impactful teamwork.
2. Technical Ownership: Liaise with stakeholders to understand requirements, recommend improvements, deliver scalable solutions, and support ongoing operations. Ensure adherence to SAP design, architecture, and compliance standards, managing multiple projects efficiently.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison to ensure clear communication, define product requirements, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba, including Guided Buying, CIG, SAP Business Network.
• Understanding of SAP material master, business partner, purchasing, goods receipt, and invoice processing.
• Experience in system testing, UAT, and regression testing.
• Knowledge of SAP modules like SD, Plant Maintenance, Quality, Planning, Concur, and FI.
• Familiarity with life sciences/pharmaceutical domain and GxP compliance.
