The role of the Team Leader at JAC is to provide a vital link between both clients and candidates. The job is demanding and diverse and involves using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract positions from companies and then to source suitable, top quality candidates to put forward to fulfil the client's needs.
As this is a senior role within the company, the incumbent shall come with a solid track record within the Recruitment industry within our business model of Executive Search with industrial vertical specialisation. Candidates should demonstrate a consistent track record of both securing accounts and successful placements.
