Job Summary:
  • Availability: Monday to Friday, Morning and Afternoon shifts
  • Experience: 2-3 years in a relevant role
  • Salary: $4,000 - $4,500 per month

Work Schedule: 5-day work week

Location: Changi Airport

Contract: 2 years with the possibility of extension

Team Lead - Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing IT service delivery
  • Lead Service Desk engineers to meet SLAs and quality standards
  • Provide L1 and L2 on-site/remote support for CLIENT employees
  • Support approximately 200 VIP users
  • Be available for after-hours VIP support with prior notice
  • Update the EDX team on daily manpower movements
  • Ensure compliance with IT Service Desk processes and best practices
  • Guide Service Desk engineers on VIP tickets and complex issues
  • Promote a positive team environment focused on customer service and improvement
  • Monitor and manage all tickets and appointments to meet SLAs
  • Balance workload among team members
  • Escalate incidents or dissatisfaction promptly
  • Share desktop issue knowledge using the IT playbook
  • Analyze complaints for improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate on updates to the IT Service Desk playbook
  • Assist in implementing service improvement plans
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
  • Follow ITIL processes for IT service management
