A leading company in the SSL market is seeking a Team Lead for its Sales Support team. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing a team, and ensuring high service standards to support the sales department in achieving revenue targets. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership and customer service skills, coupled with a focus on process improvement.
The Team Lead for SSL Sales will oversee the daily operations of the Sales Support team, ensuring the team delivers timely and accurate support to the sales department. This role involves supervising a team, streamlining processes, managing internal and external communications, and ensuring high service standards to enable the sales team to focus on closing deals and meeting revenue targets.
Team Leadership & Supervision:
· Lead, motivate, and guide a team of Sales Support to meet performance and service standards.
· Conduct regular team meetings, training, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
· Allocate tasks and manage team workload effectively.
· Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing regular reporting to management.
Sales Support Operations:
· Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, including quotation preparation, order processing, contract follow-up, and documentation.
· Ensure prompt and accurate handling of customer inquiries, Tender and Quotation, and sales proposal.
· Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Corp, Customer Service) to support the sales process.
· Assist in managing CRM data accuracy and sales pipeline updates.
Process Improvement & Efficiency:
· Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflow and enhance team productivity.
· Develop and update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for the team.
· Monitor compliance with internal policies, service standards, and deadlines.
